About Your Package from Your Online Retailer

Detailed Instructions

  1. If you have not ordered yet, please do so at your chosen retailer.  You should then chose FFL Transfer San Jose as your local FFL in San Jose.
    • If our company is not listed and you want to use us, then chose your personal address (some retailer will allow this) and let us know right away so we can email them our federal and state licenses.  Don’t you worry, they will not ship it to you.
  2. Fill out the form below completely. 
  3. Please include the seller and full description of your item(s).
  4. If the seller is not an FFL or in Firearm Business, please use “Private Party Purchases”.
